Blocking The Kiss

"...It was a magical time. My close friend and I spent almost the entire day together. It was cool outside, but yet very sunny and inviting. We spend our day off to go to the woods, just to get out of the city and be surrounded by natures and the song of birds. We had a picnic and just laid down in the grass and talked. It was a day to remember.

"...However, we share close feelings with each other. Very close... I love him so much and he loves me so much more. Sometimes, I feel somewhat confused and sad when I hang out with him. You see, he is like no one I have ever met and yet someone I was looking for. He is like a magnet to my soul. We fight sometimes, but love each other more every time we settle our battles.

" The sun was going to set soon and I had to return back to my place. Our love grew stronger and stronger within each hour. His hands creased mine and my eyes connected with him. His muzzle leaned forward towards mine, his lips perked slightly, begging for my own. I wanted his lips so bad all day, but I found myself blocking his lips form mine. In the back of my mind, I couldn't kiss him. I had a reason, a reason that I must always hold and follow; a promise to another that I hold upon my person as a reminder. I must be true to it, even if it hurts so much..."

This image is somewhat connected to "Watching Question" ( [link] ), except it is from her side of the board. It is very hard to control your feelings you have for another. It is like controlling a sneeze; it is almost impossible. A lot of sensitive and emotional people live off of their emotions and spirits. They follow what their heart tells them to go or do. But yet there is common sense and reality. They block you from what you want to do so much. Those feelings tell you what will happen if you do an action that will turn out to hurt yourself and others around you, even if it is something as small as a kiss. Sometimes we ignore those common sense impulses and just go for it because it feels good and you know where the line is drawn if it gets too deep and too personal.
